Young Ladies in Training

Young Ladies in Training (Y.L.I.T.) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering girls ages 9–15 through leadership development, character building, mentorship, life skills, and community service.

Our mission is to equip young ladies with the confidence, knowledge, and tools they need to become strong leaders in their schools, families, and communities. Through engaging workshops, interactive activities, and meaningful mentorship, we inspire each girl to recognize her worth, embrace her potential, and lead with purpose.

At Y.L.I.T., we believe every young lady deserves to be seen, heard, valued, and empowered to succeed.
